Cathy Dunn has a diverse career as an organist/pianist, stage director, and singer. As a soprano in the chorus at Lyric Opera, she has appeared in nearly 2000 performances. She is the Resident Director for Petite Productions and also directs opera for Chicago Summer Opera.
Cathy studied voice, piano, and organ at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas, her hometown. She received a Master of Music degree from Northwestern University before continuing her studies in Germany. She has either sang or played in churches since she was a child.
Cathy enjoys cooking and entertaining, studying languages, and hiking. She has completed three different routes of the Camino de Santiago and is blessed by the memories made along “The Way”. Cathy is thrilled to make music and worship with all of you!
